KURU Renew Shipping Policy
Every KURU Renew pair is inspected, cleaned, and carefully packaged before it heads your way. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order from us to your door.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping on orders under $100 is $5.99. Shipping is free on orders over $100. All orders ship within one business day and orders placed before 3pm ship the same business day. Most orders are shipped via UPS with a 1-5 day transit time depending on the service you select. At this time Relay only ships within the United States.
Free Shipping
KURU Renew offers free standard shipping on all orders over $99.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time by logging into your KURU Renew account at renew.kurufootwear.com.
Shipping Carriers
KURU Renew ships via UPS . Carrier selection may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, KURU Renew ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. We'll update this policy as our shipping capabilities expand.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. KURU Renew is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at renew.kurufootwear@relaygoods.com and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and any secure package locations at your address
- Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered early
- Contact us at renew.kurufootwear@relaygoods.com if the package still hasn't arrived and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it
KURU Renew is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address. We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout if available.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery at renew.kurufootwear@relaygoods.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
